I wrote an opinion column 🔥 ☺️

Reading was and remains the most efficient and comprehensive way to absorb new information, and writing the best way to pass it on.
My love of writing has been with me since my youth. I devoted considerable time to studying the craft and writing articles that never saw the light of day — mostly on theological questions that preoccupied me at the time.
Back then, I dreamed that one day I would have a regular column.
That dream is still alive and looking for a home, and when it comes true, the column will likely cover technology, innovation, and science — the subjects that now form the core of my professional career.
So this isn't a regular column yet, but a first opinion piece is an exciting step toward that goal for me, especially when it's happening earlier than I expected.

The column examines the recent moves by the U.S. government regarding Intel.
Although on the surface the discussion is economic, there is reasonable ground to believe that the real issue is control over the nodes of global information traffic for the purpose of intelligence gathering.
History shows that governments make active use of computer hardware for data collection, and while this approach is most commonly associated with the Chinese government, that is only because they are less adept at covering their tracks.
You are welcome to read the full column on the Arutz HaKalkala website.

And thank you to Eran Bar-Tal, the channel's editor-in-chief and a close friend.
He was the one who encouraged me to write the column, examined the idea, and reviewed the initial draft before final publication.
Thanks also to Tair Altshuler, Digital Manager at Channel 10.
She brought her professional touch to the final edit and continues to give everything to lead the site to the top.
